The club has been getting a few emails from people asking for details on the money stuff, so here is the schedule:
23rd September: €120 14th October: €85
This is to cover your CFT membership and CFT logbook, including your insurance. This will be needed before the trip to Baltimore.
18th November: €50
This is the clubs equipment levy that is required before the NMCI training day. This will get you use of all club equipment under supervision until you receive your dive certification.
Any questions? Pop an email to myself (Daire) or Kevin (our treasurer). Our contact details on the committee page above.
As you may already know, we are planning to head down to the lovely West Cork village of Schull for the June Bank Holiday weekend this year (30 May – 2 June) as is pretty much tradition at this stage. The boat diving down that direction is superb and if possible the shore diving as good if not better (at least on its day) and it has the craic to match. As is the usual case, this weekend is open to everyone from Trainee up.
If this sounds like a good way to spend yet another weekend away with the dive club, then get in touch with me to let me know you are interested (with all the usual info). However, because it is one of the busiest weekends of the year in the area , I’d like to get a €50 deposit from you to secure a spot. This is somewhat out of my hands as the people who own the house/s I’m looking at want money ASAP and €50 will get at least two nights paid and out of the way sooner rather than later.
Deposits should be paid directly to the PE Office in Ferry Lodge (pink marker on this map), where there’s a sign-up sheet.
Sound good?Any problems/questions or anything like that, drop me an email!
